We grant you non-exclusive limited license to use the wordpress plugins, and services sold through the website by WooPro.com in accordance with these Terms of Service (the “license”) .
We may stop (permanently or temporarily) providing the Services to you if you break these Terms of Service.
You must stop using our plugins if you do not agree with these terms or violate our Terms of Service.
1. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Under no circumstances shall WooPro.com be liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages, including, but not limited to, loss of data or profit, arising out of the use, or the inability to use, the materials on this site, even if WooPro.com or an authorized representative has been advised of the possibility of such damages. If your use of materials from this site results in the need for servicing, repair or correction of equipment or data, you assume any costs thereof.
2. LICENSE
Our digital products are created for WordPress, an open source software released under the GNU public license http://www.gnu.org/licenses/gpl.html .
2.1. Duration of the license and renewal
Licenses are valid for one year from the date of purchase. A valid and active license key is required in order to get updates and support for purchased plugins. You can renew it from time to time before maturity at the full price from the purchase price of a new license.
2.2. Software updates
Updates are included for free for one year. If you have a valid and active license key, and your plugin(s) support it, updates will be delivered automatically from the WordPress dashboard.
2.3. Support services
Support for the purchased plugins is provided up to one year from the purchase date. If you wish to get support in a year, you must renew your license key, purchase Priority Support access, or purchase a new license for the plugins you wish to get support for.
WooPro.com offers its plugins ‘as is’, with no implied meaning that they will function exactly as you wish or with all 3rd party components and plugins. It is your responsibility to obtain a backup of your site prior to requesting support or granting access to support staff. Further, you take full responsibility for lost content or downtime regardless of whether it is a staging or a full production site.
We offer no support via email or otherwise for installation, customization, third party plugins, scripts, templates, administration of WordPress or WooCommerce itself. In order to receive support for any product you MUST be using the most recent version of our plugins, WordPress, and any other theme or plugin utilized on your site. WooPro.com makes no guarantees and cannot provide support to anyone using outdated or otherwise altered versions of our plugins.
3. COMPATIBILITY
3.1. Plugins and Themes Compatibility
It is our duty to always keep the plugins up-to-date and working with the latest version of WordPress and WooCommerce. All our plugins are designed to be compatible with the latest available version of WordPress and WooCommerce, but we can give no guarantee that plugins will work appropriately with older versions of WordPress and WooCommerce. We are, however, committed to ensure all our plugins are compatible with future versions of WordPress and WooCommerce within the period of 30 days from their release date..
3.2. Browser Compatibility
Our plugins support all modern web browsers including (but not limited to) Firefox, Safari, Chrome (all on PC ↦ Mac) ↦ Internet Explorer. Whilst we strive to give a seamless & near-identical experience across each of these browsers, it is impossible to compensate for the lack of web standards support (relating to HTML & CSS) in some of these browsers. In case a browser does not support certain web standards we do not take responsibility for the correct operation of our products in it. .
4. OWNERSHIP AND LIABILITY
You may not claim intellectual or exclusive ownership to any of our plugins, modified or unmodified. All plugins are property of WooPro.com. In no event shall our juridical person be liable for any damages including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages or other losses arising out of the use of or inability to use our plugins.
5. WARRANTY
Our plugins are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied. We do not guarantee that templates and plugins will work in all browsers, nor do we guarantee that our products will be functional with all versions of WordPress. We do not guarantee compatibility with any additional third party plugins, scripts, or applications.
6. UPDATES
Plugins updates are available to customers who have made a purchase and have an active license. All plugins are always designed to be compatible with the latest available version of WordPress and WooCommerce, and we can give no guarantee, that our products will run with older versions of WordPress and WooCommerce. We are, however, committed to making all our themes compatible with future releases of WordPress and WooCommerce.
7. MODIFICATIONS AND COPYRIGHT INFO
You are authorized to make any necessary modification(s) to our plugins to fit your specific needs. You can not remove our credit links (copyright) from the plugins for any reasons. .
8. SERVICE RULES
You agree not to use our services to:
- upload, post, email, transmit or otherwise make available any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, tortious, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, invasive of another’s privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable;
- impersonate any person or entity, including, but not limited to, a WooPro.com official, guide or host, or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity;
- upload, post, email, transmit or otherwise make available any content that you do not have a right to make available under any law or under contractual or fiduciary relationships (such as inside information, proprietary and confidential information learned or disclosed as part of employment relationships or under nondisclosure agreements);
- upload, post, email, transmit or otherwise make available any content that infringes any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright or other intellectual or proprietary rights (“Rights”) of any party;
- upload, post, email, transmit or otherwise make available any material that contains software viruses or any other computer code, files or programs designed to interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of any computer software or hardware or telecommunications equipment;
9. DELIVERY
After we have successfully received your payment, your plugin information will be emailed to the email address you provided. This may take up to 24 hours but usually happens within minutes. If you do not receive an email after this time period, contact us through our website.
10. PRICE CHANGES
WooPro.com reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, a subscription (or any part thereof) with or without notice. We also reserve the right to change our product prices individually at any time without prior notice.
11. MODIFICATIONS TO TERMS OF SERVICE
WooPro.com may make changes to these Terms of Service at any time. When we make any material change to these terms, we will inform you by posting a notice on the homepage of WooPro.com for 30 days that the terms have been updated. Updated versions of these Terms of Service will appear on WooPro.com website and are effective immediately.
